1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or placing an order on sweetsmokecigar.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Age Requirement You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any products from Big City Cigars. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the purchase if age verification cannot be confirmed. It is illegal to purchase tobacco products for minors.
3. Eligibility & Restricted Locations Our products are intended for adult consumers only. We do not ship to locations where the sale or shipment of cigars or tobacco products is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that ordering cigar products is legal in your jurisdiction before placing an order.
4. PACT Act Compliance Travel 2 Invest complies with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act. We collect and remit applicable taxes, verify customer age, and report sales to the appropriate state tax administrators as required by law.
5. Product Descriptions & Pricing We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including origin, wrapper, strength, and size. However, slight variations in appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of premium cigars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
6. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
7. Shipping & Delivery Cigars are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns & Refunds Due to the perishable and regulated nature of premium cigars, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless a product arrives damaged or defective. Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
9. Health Warning WARNING: This product contains tobacco. Tobacco use increases the risk of serious health conditions including cancer, heart disease, and lung disease. Cigars are not a safe alternative to cigarettes. Keep all tobacco products out of reach of children.
10. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Travel 2 Invest and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability Travel 2 Invest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
12. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
