Shipping Policy – Premium Cigars
Age Verification All cigar orders may require age verification upon delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued ID will be required at the time of delivery.
Restricted States & Localities We are unable to ship cigars to certain states including Utah and Hawaii, counties, or municipalities where the sale or shipment of cigars is prohibited or restricted by law. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally fulfilled at the destination address.
Carrier Restrictions In compliance with the PACT Act and carrier policies, cigars may only be shipped via carriers and services that permit tobacco shipments. Standard USPS delivery is not available for cigar orders. We use approved carriers to ensure your cigars arrive safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Signature Required A signature from an adult (21+) imaybe required upon delivery of all cigar orders. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
Shipping & Packaging We take great care in packaging your cigars to preserve freshness and prevent damage in transit. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During extreme weather conditions, we may hold shipments to protect the quality of your cigars.
Returns Due to the nature of premium cigars and applicable regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on cigars unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
