Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final Due to the regulated and perishable nature of premium cigars, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on cigars or any tobacco products once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.

2. Damaged or Defective Products We stand behind the quality of every cigar we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or defect, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number.
  • Submit clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund at our discretion.

3. Lost or Missing Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Travel 2 Invest is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

4. Cancelled Orders Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened or partially smoked cigars
  • Cigars damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
  • Gift cards

6. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Age Verification Failures If a delivery cannot be completed due to failed age verification (no adult 21+ available to sign), the carrier may return the package. In such cases, re-shipment fees will apply, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
